Clery Act

In 1990, the Jeanne Clery Act was signed into law and requires colleges and universities that participate in federal financial aid programs, such as Rhodes College, to keep and disclose information about crime on and near their campuses. In accordance with the Clery Act, Rhodes publishes an Annual Campus Safety Report by October 1 of each year. You can view the Rhodes College Annual Campus Safety Report at https://www.rhodes.edu/student-life/services-and-support/safety-campus/annual-security-fire-safety-report-clery-report.
