The Office of Community Standards, or its designee, may, in its complete discretion, designate which process an alleged violation of student conduct policy is to be addressed by (i.e., Administrative Hearing, IFC Judicial Board (if applicable), Community Standards Council). A hearing will be conducted with a hearing officer or hearing body.
