Rhodes' inclement weather procedures provide for making decisions to cancel classes or to delay the start of classes at the College when weather conditions warrant.
Inclement weather procedures may be instituted when weather conditions pose a significant risk to the safety, health, or operations of the campus community. These conditions may include, but are not limited to:
- Winter weather
- Tornado
- Extreme temperatures

The decisions to institute inclement weather procedures will be made by designated leadership based on:

These procedures will be used only if Rhodes’ schedule is altered.
The decision will be communicated through the following College communication avenues
